Rebecca Lloyd is a North Shore REALTORS® with the Nest | Syndi Zaiger Group of Compass. She is passionate about the multifaceted world of real estate, the beauty and culture of our region and providing top notch services for her clients.
Rebecca is a North Shore native who grew up in the Newburyport area. After graduating from UMass Amherst with a BA in marketing and communications, she relocated to Los Angeles for a career in the entertainment industry. Her time living in California, and traveling the world gave her the perspective and deep appreciation for this world, but most importantly where she grew up. Upon moving back to the East Coast, she planted her roots in Beverly Farms and has been proud to call this community home for the past 7 years.
Previous to Rebecca’s career in real estate, she was the founder and owner of a local farmers market delivery service. This experience gave her the opportunity to explore our region in depth and gave her a unique understanding of the land and resources here. She is passionate about sharing this knowledge of the local communities, as well as the opportunities and services available throughout the area. She also had a career in talent management in Los Angeles, which gave her the opportunity to work with high profile talent to manage and negotiate their working contracts and market their brand.
Rebecca values relationships and community, and it’s her belief that at the heart of these values is the idea of “home”. There is nothing more satisfying to her than helping to align her clients with their real estate goals or determine what home means to them in an ever-changing market. Her eye for design and her understanding of market trends gives her clients a unique advantage. Rebecca will be sure to make your real estate experience successful and seamless from beginning to end.
