This is the first time in years that an office studio has opened up in 13 Elm Street in the heart of Manchester. This popular and well-managed, quiet, and beautiful office building is walking distance to town, train, and harbor. We currently have two first level spaces available. One space overlooks the town pond and has a lovely peaceful feel. The other space is a bit larger and feels private and cozy. Rent includes all utilities with the exception of internet. There is a shared bathroom and kitchenette. Perfect for professional use, body works, therapist, artists, etc. Spaces become available on November 1 or a bit sooner if needed.
