The June 2023 Market Report showed that the market is still very much a sellers' market. Though the overall number of sales was down along with the sale price to list price ratio, we still saw a high list price to sale price ratio well over 100 and a very low number of days to offer. Sale prices were also trending upward. The biggest factor in this remains the low inventory. We are seeing very little come on the market and those few homes are accepting offers very quickly.
