North Shore | Real Estate Market Update | July 2023

The July 2023 market report looked very similar to the June data where we saw significantly fewer sales alongside significantly lower inventory. The summer 2022 market was one of the hottest markets we had seen in a long time, so comparatively we are seeing more days on market and not quite as high of a list price to sale price ratio, but the numbers still show a strong seller's market. Notably, the average sale price was higher on average than last summer at this time. The low inventory is certainly a driver in keeping this a competitive seller's market.
